REFUNDS POLICY

General Refunds

All event tickets receive full refunds if request is received 48 hours prior to the start of the event unless the specific event description states differently. (to check, visit events page and click on your event. Then scroll down to see description at bottom). 

Store credit towards another event will be offered for cancelations between 24 and 48 hours.

No refunds offered with less than 24 hour notice, but notification of cancellation still appreciated.

Inclement Weather

Indoor events are never cancelled except in extreme weather conditions or emergencies. In such cases, an email will be sent prior to the event outlining the cancellation and refund policy for the situation.

Outdoor events held at Gates Tennis Center on days where the courts are wet, snowy, or cold (below 40 degrees) will be cancelled the day of and all tickets will be fully refunded.

Cancellation and refunds for outdoor events held at other facilities are on an event by event basis. See event listing for specifics.
